Friends in attendance at Business Meeting, 4/5/15, operating as the Building and Grounds committee, planned the 2015 Spring Cleanup for Saturday, April 25, 8:00am to 11:00am.

Friends joining the spring-cleanup can enjoy a pot luck breakfast at 8:00am, and are encouraged to bring food to share. Work on specific tasks will begin about 8:30am and run until work is complete or 11:00am, so the work won't go on interminably.

EXTERIOR tasks, and the task coordinator, are: 1) Bryce Fauble will provide a skid steer to redistribute gravel across the parking lot, and will need 1-3 persons helping out with shovels and rakes for light work; 2) Robert Lea will need 1-2 people to cleanup mulch beds and distribute new mulch where required; 3) Tim Telup will test and prepare the landscape irrigation system for the new season, and may need 1 person to assist; 4) Robert Lea will need 1-2 persons to load new and older debris into a pickup truck to haul to disposal site.

INTERIOR tasks: 1) Tim Telep will need 2 persons to deep clean the kitchen cabinets and the little kids classroom (sorting and cleaning toys and supplies, etc); 2) Phyllis and Rebecca will require on or two to help them tackle deep cleaning of the library books and shelving.

Members are encouraged to join this effort, either by signing up at the meeting house, or by calling one of the task coordinators noted above.
